Season 2010 - pre-season is under way with training sessions  at Waterloo  Oval from 6:45pm. It is rugby oriented so please make the effort to get down and do the work now. There is also a beach session scheduled Saturday 20th February  at South Maroubra with a professional trainer. Meet in front of the Sth Maroubra SLSC at 8:15am.
